We have a wide range of posters, reproductions and limited edition prints available for sale, including exclusive works by classic and contemporary Australian artists. If you cannot find an artwork you want on our website please contact us and we will see if we can obtain it for you. For questions about our prints and posters, see the section below.
I saw a picture at a gallery (NGV, NGA etc). Do you have it? Can I get a reproduction of the image?
If the print is commercially available we will research the possibility of getting a reproduction for you in your desired size.
What about Refunds & Replacements?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return or replace it, please contact us within 7 days with your reasons. If the purchase is damaged, send us an email with an attached photo of the damage and we will assess it and advise you on whether it can be replaced.
What is the difference between a reproduction and limited edition?
A reproduction is a copy of any commercially available artwork as a “poster” print, where as a limited edition print is one of a limited set of original works.

Do you ship Australia wide?
Fastway ships Australia wide with the exception of the Northern Territory.
Fastway has depots in the following locations; Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Capricorn Coast, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Central Coast, Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra, Albury, Bendigo, Melbourne, Geelong, Launceston, Hobart, Adelaide. Perth, Orange and Tamworth.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available on request, email us for a quote.
What are the costs of shipping?
Domestic shipping costs are automatically calculated when an order is filled out in the online store, for international orders please email us directly.
Is my order insured?
We dispatch our(domestic) orders via Fastway couriers. Fastway customers are able to claim the net cost to purchase/repair up to $1,500 if the contents of the parcel have either been lost or damaged while in transit within the Fastway network.
Will I be able to track my order after I place it?
You can track your order on the Fastway website (www.fastway.com.au) by entering your label number.
What protective packaging will be used for my order during shipping?
We will endeavour to find the best protective packaging for your order ! Limited editions are likely to be flat packed, except over sized works. Reproduction prints will be shipped in poster tubes.
Can I pick up my order from your store?
you are most welcome to pick up your order in person at our store. Our hours are 10am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and 10am to 5pm Saturday.
When will my order arrive?
The order will take between 4-7 days depending on location.
How do I return a shipped item?
In the event that you are not satisfied with any item, you many return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. See below to determine how to proceed based on your reason for return.
If your order arrived in less than satisfactory condition, please
- Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged).
- attach the photo and send it to us by email, we will assess it and advise you of replacement possibility or to refund you.
